Located in an independent wing with its own private entrance, the Badafò gîte has been renovated with respect for the original style (lime plaster, exposed stone walls, stucco, and a mix of antique and contemporary furniture). The 4/5 person cottage offers two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a large terrace with pergola facing south/southwest to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. It also has a small mezzanine « living room » under the eaves (additional sleeping space), for a total surface area of 63 m². Access is secure for young children.

The basic rental price includes the rental of sheets, towels, and household linen for four people, as well as end-of-stay cleaning if the cottage is left tidy. An additional charge will be applied if a full cleaning is required.
- The price per night is €160 for 4 people (linen, towels, tourist tax, utilities, and cleaning included) for a minimum stay of 3 days during high season. A quote can be provided on request using the form available via this link.
Operating costs include:
- Electricity, hot and cold water, maintenance of common areas, maintenance of the swimming pool and its equipment.
- Contribution to electricity consumption based on energy meter reading @45cts/KWh.
- Use and maintenance of games and leisure equipment, “pins” bikes, ping-pong table, soccer cage, badminton, boules, board games and outdoor games, etc.
- BBQ, planchas, etc.
- All other charges borne by the owners.

- Pets allowed upon approval by the host and presentation of pet insurance.
- Pets on site (dogs and cats).
The Drôme Sud Provence Community of Municipalities requires us to collect a tourist tax of 4.4% of the rental amount per person over the age of 18, which is payable in addition to your stay upon arrival.

Deposit on arrival: €300 in cash, including a €60 cleaning deposit, which will be refunded after the final inventory check.
